Drysdale made his Major League Baseball debut for the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1956 and played for the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers his entire career through 1969. He won the World Series in 1959, 1963, and 1965. Don Drysdale was a nine time All-Star. In 1962 he won the Cy Young Award and was the MLB wins leader. He was a three time MLB strikeout leader.
